Design
We begin the creative process with a one-hour vision call to discuss your goals, inspiration, and overall direction for your author website. From there, I translate everything into an initial rough draft, focusing on structure, layout, and visual tone. This draft serves as the foundation for collaboration and refinement based on our discussions.

Launch
Through multiple rounds of revisions, we refine the design to ensure every detail feels aligned and intentional. Once finalized, we prepare your site for launch, connect your custom domain, and ensure everything is polished and ready to share. Your website goes live as a cohesive, professional home for your body of work.

Client responsibility
You are responsible for responding in a timely manor to reach deadlines and launch dates. Your Designer will follow the timeline accordly, however cannot control when feedback ro materials are given by the Client. You are responsible for confirming copyright for any provided imagery and text....
Restartiong a projecxt fee
A detailed session capturing multiple aspects of your author brand, including full-body, closeups, detail shots, and photography of your book. Includes two outfits, multiple backgrounds, professional lighting, and the option for both indoor and outdoor portraits. Comes with full licensing for five Photoshop-retouched images, with additional images available for licensing purchase.

Based near Boston in Concord, Massachusetts, Jessica Vultaggio (Jessi) is a brand designer and brand photographer specializing in work for authors, poets, and professionals. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Art in Illustration from the Savannah College of Art and Design and has spent over a decade freelancing in graphic design and photography. Jessi has opened two photography studios and has worked with countless established authors and writing educators, creating thoughtful visuals that support meaningful work. She also studied digital marketing at the University of Vermont, bringing a strategic approach to branding, websites, and online presence. Jessi designs custom Wix websites and landing pages and offers full brand packages, from illustration and design to photography and websites.
